A client approached DH&Co. with a desire to complete a knock down and re build of their current home to sell and utilise the proceeds to downsize with spare cash to put into their retirement. The client identified that they did not have adequate capital for a construction loan, however our finance brokers were able to tailor financial products allowing them to utilise their equity in the existing property to secure a construction loan. The loan product did not require any repayments and would be drawn from the sale of the property.

This solution allowed asset rich client to leverage against the project where they lacked capital to realise the financial value of their project. DH&Co. then managed the pre construction services through to DA application and tendering finding a builder to deliver the clients vision. The end result was a client who was able to deal with a single point of contact from inception through to delivery for both the DA application and finance.
