DH&Co. were engaged to prepare and submit the Development Application (DA) for council approval on behalf of a client. We arranged all the relevant designs, reports and engineering required for the DA lodgement and acted as the clients representative in the submission of the DA.
This allowed the client to focus on their day to day business which reduced the project program by having our team drive the process and meet the deliverable milestone dates, ensuring efficient continuity of work and all the reports and designs progressing concurrently. This also ensured that what was submitted was compliant thus reducing the risk of rejection from council and ultimately allowing the client to commence works faster.
