A client was exploring ideas how to maximise their industrial site to see wether any opportunities were available to increase their lettable areas. Concept designs were prepared and reviewed to identify opportunities to re-arrange the car parking and potentially add an additional commercial space within the site. Further review also presented opportunity to purchase unused council land adjacent the site which further opened development opportunities and potential letting value of the site.
